Biography
Dr. Zeng Saixing is a professor in the Antai School of Management at Shanghai Jiaotong University.
He received his Ph egree on management science from Harbin Institute of Technology. After graduation, he began his postdoctoral study at Shanghai Jiaotong University and later started his career in the same university.
As visiting scholar, Professor Zeng worked at City University of Hong Kong from June, 1997 to June, 1999, and from Nov, 2001 to June, 2002. He also visited other famous universities in UK, Germany and Finland, etc.

Professor Zeng has undertaken more than 10 research projects. Currently he is the chief specialist of a crucial project, which is financed by the “863 Program (The National High Technology Research a evelopment Program of China)”.
