Brief Introduction

Chu Jian, major in industrial automation, postgraduate diploma, PhD of engineering from joint training program by Zhejiang University and Kyoto University (Japan), Changjiang distinguished professor in the first batch by the Ministry of Education, Chief Researcher of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), Researcher of Zhejiang University. Founder and editor-in-chief of IET Cyber-Systems & Robotics. Well-known expert in China's industrial automation, industrial Internet and industrial control network security fields. He once served as the expert of the National 863 High-tech Research Program Expert Committee, the expert of the National Strategic Emerging Industries Advisory Expert Committee, the member of the National Nuclear Safety Expert Committee, and the Director of the National Industrial Process Measurement and Control Standardization Technical Committee.

Over the years, Prof Chu Jian has successively won 2 Second Prizes of National Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 Second Prize of National Technological Invention Award, 1 Third Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, 2 First Prizes of China Standard Innovation Contribution Award, as well as achievements and honors such as Outstanding Youth Fund of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Innovation Research Group Fund, National Major Science and Technology Plan Project, etc. From 2017 to 2020, Prof Chu Jian was selected as "Highly Cited Scientist" by Clarivate for four consecutive years.
