On October 7th, 2022, Creation and Sharing of Technology and Finance by SJTU-BOC Institute of Technology & Finance: Integration and Development Forum for Industry and Education -- Release of Master of Technoloyg Transfer (MTT) Program was successfully held in Shanghai. This event was held in the hybrid online and on-site mode.

Xi Lifeng, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), Wang Yaguang, Dean of Graduate School, Chen Fangruo, Dean of Antai College of Economics and Management (ACEM) and Dean of SJTU-BOC Institute of Technology and Finance, Jiang Wenning, Party Secretary of ACEM, Liu Shaoxuan, Associate Dean of ACEM, Executive Dean of SJTU-BOC Institute of Technology and Finance and Director of MTT Program, Zhuang Mingchuan, Associate Dean of SJTU-BOC Institute of Technology & Finance attended the event. The event was presided over by Jiang Wenning.

Zhu Xiaohuang, former Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CITIC Group and former President of CITIC Bank, Ni Jun, Chief Manufacturing Officer of CATL, Dean of Global Institute of Future Technology of SJTU, and also Professor of SJTU-BOC Institute of Technology & Finance, Wu Yongjian, Vice President of Tencent Cloud and Deputy General Manager of Tencent Youtu Lab, Wen Yi, Professor of ACEM, SJTU, Professor of SJTU-BOC Institute of Technology & Finance, and former Assistant Vice President of the Federal Reserve Bank of the United States (St. Louis), and other guests delivered keynote speeches on the synergy of industry and education as well asscientific and technological innovation.

During the forum, the release ceremony of the Master of Technology Transfer (MTT) curriculum of SJTU was held. Xi Lifeng, Zhu Xiaohuang, Wang Yaguang, Chen Fangruo, Ni Jun, Wen Yi, Liu Shaoxuan and Zhuang Mingchuan and other leaders and guests jointly launched and announced the official release of MTT curriculum system, marking that the cultivation of high-level talents of technology transfer discipline in China has stepped into the stage of practice and deep cultivation.

MTT is based on high-profile planning, high-starting-point and high-standard development, aimed at cultivating global innovation leaders leading future industrial development, and cultivating multi-disciplinary talents with broader industry vision, better market acumen, more comprehensive investment decision-making and management capability.

Based on the re-definition of "technology transfer," MTT curriculum has created the course characteristics of "2+3+5+6+X," namely, two training directions, three types of top-level teachers, five-force model of talents, six curriculum modules and full-cycle lifelong learning platform. The new "1+1" training mode for academic and professional teachers opens up unlimited possibilities for MTT students' career going forward.
